HDC YearInReview2016 was a great year for Help Desk Cavalry, filled with growth and new opportunities. The Help Desk Cavalry family has expanded with the addition of several new employees. We have welcomed our new service coordinator Kim Branner, our project team has been improved by the presence of Peter Santerre, and Help Desk Cavalry’s system administration department has welcomed Stuart Boyle into their ranks. 

We celebrated our three year business anniversary in 2016, and with that came some changes! HDCav adjusted our surroundings a little during the year with the addition of a new office space adjoining the main Help Desk space. Our project team can now work closer to our Help Desk and share information easier. February of 2016 also marks the first edition of the HDCav Bugle newsletter which we are excited to continue into the new year as a way of keeping in touch with all of our associates.

  • 2015 Year in Review--What Just Happened?

    What an incredible year 2015 was here at Help Desk Cavalry. We want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of our milestone year. During 2015, HDCav strategically increased personnel and its technology infrastructure to better support our clients. HDCav acquired Pro-Action I.T. based in Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, and inherited their office in Poulsbo. Additional staff was added during the year including: Matt Hadlock, Luke Lucas, Brandon Hansen, Armand Cote, and Sarah Dennica Bingham.
