Employee Spotlight — Dawn Jones

Dawn Profile PictureDawn Jones is Help Desk Cavalry’s Accounting Specialist and helps the company by managing the accounts receivable and payable departments as well as keeping track of the purchasing of new equipment. We are excited to have her aboard as she enjoys a good challenge and learning new things. Dawn has been working with accounting for over 18 years as an office manager and bookkeeper for several local businesses and uses her expertise to make sure that Help Desk Cavalry’s accounts are all in order.   An avid artist, Dawn’s paintings have been featured at several local venues around Kitsap and she can often be found in her art studio painting anything whimsical that strikes her fancy. Help Desk Recent Events

HDClogoA lot has happened in the past month at Help Desk Cavalry. With team members participating in new training, a promotion, and a new addition to the team, we have been fortunate to find increased productivity all around. The newest member of our team is Gayle Treanor. Though she has worked closely with Steve as an advisor and business partner the past several years, she is now able to take on an active role in everyday business and moves forward as VP of Client Experience. This is a pertinent position that will allow her to improve communication between clients and our team to create an open dialogue. Employee Spotlight — Gayle Treanor

    What an incredible year 2015 was here at Help Desk Cavalry. We want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of our milestone year. During 2015, HDCav strategically increased personnel and its technology infrastructure to better support our clients. HDCav acquired Pro-Action I.T. based in Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, and inherited their office in Poulsbo. Additional staff was added during the year including: Matt Hadlock, Luke Lucas, Brandon Hansen, Armand Cote, and Sarah Dennica Bingham.
